TRACI RODGERS

After dancing competitively in jazz, tap and ballet,  starting at the age of 4, Traci earned a coveted spot on the UCLA Dance Team.  In addition to graduating with honors, she spent much of her time as Captain of the UCLA Dance Team and now returns to campus annually to conduct Public Speaking and Media Workshops for the University’s new teams. 

 

An NBA Dancer for four seasons, Traci has performed with several artists including Beyonce and OutKast, and has danced on countless television specials including ESPN’S ESPY Awards,  the NBC Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Special, as well as shows on ABC,  CBS and KTLA.   

 

She represented the NBA and Los Angeles Clippers for 13 years as a dancer and In-Arena Host and has had the honor of representing the League performing in Japan, China and throughout Mexico!  In addition to the NBA, she has taken her talents to the NFL -- choreographing, performing and hosting for the NFL ProBowl.  

 

Traci’s love for the art of dance is truly felt by her students!  From young and upcoming studio dancers, to her high school students, to collegiate and adult classes at UCLA—everyone leaves feeling confident and fulfilled!   She is also Pilates Method Alliance certified and enjoys practicing and teaching Pilates. 

 

Traci continues to judge competitions and auditions – sitting on judging panels for both collegiate and pro dance teams.  

 

Taking her skills beyond the NBA and the NFL, Traci has found great success hosting live events for UCLA Basketball and Football, The World Series of Beach Volleyball, AVP’s Beach Volleyball tour, the NFL ProBowl, Chris Paul’s Celebrity Poker Tournament, The World Cyber Games in San Francisco and events for Rolling Stone.  

 

Beyond the world of dance, Traci became a successful writer and producer for E! and NBC and has been nominated for four Emmy Awards for excellence in writing. 

 

She is a super proud Mama of three little ones, ages 5, 4 and 2!
