Rochelle Baxter
Rochelle’s love for dance started at the age of 3. Her passion and dedication to this art form led her to dance competitively, winning numerous dance scholarships and booking music videos with Jojo and Christina Aguilera. She performed as a member of the Thousand Oaks High School Dance Team and the school’s Cheerleading/Song Squad.
After years of dedicated dance training and performances, Rochelle expanded her passion to encompass all areas of fitness-from swimming and running to personal training. She earned certifications as an AFFA personal trainer and a UESCA running coach, which opened the door to extensive work with clients across various studios and wellness retreats.
Her commitment enabled thousands to reach their personal and professional aspirations. While empowering others, she also earned recognition as an ambassador for Under Armour fitness wear.
Rochelle didn’t just help others chase their dreams-she had her own. After completing six marathons and thirteen half marathons, she set her sights on an ambitious new challenge: becoming an Ironman triathlete, a goal she proudly achieved in 2011.
Her strong devotion to fitness has led to contributions and features in numerous magazine articles, including Shape, American Fitness, Triathlete Magazine, and Women’s Running.
Rochelle is the founding and coach at Aaptiv Fitness where she currently oversees the app’s training content. She also creates specialized content for Zygo, a swimming focused fitness app.
She is happily married with 2 beautiful twin girls.
