Regan Cook

Regan began dancing at the age of 3 at Pam Rossi's Dance Ten, now Solid Gold Dance. Then at age 4 joined the Performing Team and performed at many venues around the county, delighting many people with her energy and larger than life performances. Her first competition was at age 5 with her performing team. Regan then joined the Competition Team at age 8. She has trained in many genres, including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and musical theatre. 
Regan has earned many accolades for dancing abilities, including top 10 overall placements for solos and groups. She has earned a spot on the Elite opening number for Nationals several years on a row. She has earned top 4 placements in many Junior and Senior dance downs, received many judges awards for her performances, and received scholarships for her abilities. 
Regan is the Pat Jackson Memorial Scholarship Award winner for 2024-2025 season. 
Regan also dances for the Moorpark High School dance team, performing at football games, rallies, basketball games, and Homecoming half time shows. She has assisted many classes at Solid Gold Dance in different genres, and truly enjoys sharing her technique, and truly love for all things dance, with the students at the studio. 
Regan looks forward to sharing her knowledge and love for dance with the students at Solid Gold Dance.
