Born in Los Angeles then later moved to Arizona Lo began her dance training young and could be seen on TV shows such as Star Search, Unsolved Mysteries, and the Jerry Lewis Telethon before her teens. She continued training throughout high school and danced both competitively and for her high school dance team. Being Captain and one of the main choreographers for her team gave her the confidence to beginning teaching at the age of 16.
After graduating Lo was awarded a full dance scholarship to Arizona State University and continued teaching and choreographing for competitive teams and for the National Dance Association. In her 20's Lo had the privilege to be a Phoenix Suns Dancer, a WCW Nitro Girl, and a Arizona Cardinals Cheerleader performing for huge crowds and in different countries.
She is also a graduate of the prestigious Scholarship Program at The Edge Performing Arts Center in Hollywood. After the scholarship program she danced professionally for artist such as Snoop Dogg, Britney Spears, Brooks and Dunn, Fergie, and for companies like Smashbox Cosmetics, and Seventeen Magazine to name a few.
Lo also can be seen in dance fitness videos for Dancing with the stars Juliana Hough , Dance off the inches " Country Line Dance", and The Body Gospel.
She continued to teach and choreograph at LA studios and high schools throughout her professional performance career and after having her daughter Harlow in 2013 she opened a competitive dance studio for 13 to 18 year olds called The Project. In her 24 years of teaching and coaching she has produced several award winning pieces and has helped countless dancers achieve their collegiate and professional aspirations.
Her more recent choreography credits include Green Day, The Jimmy Kimmel Show, Iheart Radio, The Offspring, Visit California, and a 2022 World Choreography Award nominated commercial for Blue Cross Blue Shield. She also does artistic direction and movement coaching for Tik Tok star Capri Everitt and many other up and coming artist.
